With more than 20 years of global event strategy and production expertise, Tripp has built a career delivering high-impact conferences and experiences across industries. His background includes leadership roles at Herbalife, The Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences, Beautycon, Freeman, and most recently as Chief Events Officer at Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he oversaw a global events business serving 35,000 member CEOs in 142 countries. Since YPO, Tripp has consulted for leading brands such as Samsung, Ashley Furniture, AstraZeneca, and iConnections, where he helped bring the Global Alts Summit to life in 2024. Now, through Go Boost Events, Tripp and his team are bringing their expertise to the financial sector, committed to elevating NACLB as the nation’s premier commercial loan broker conference.
