PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS ANDCONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR AND/OR ATTENDING THE 2026 NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF COMMERCIAL LOAN BROKERS (NACLB) ANNUAL CONFERENCE (“CONFERENCE”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE ONLY
The 2026 NACLB Conference registration includes in-person attendance only; virtual attendance is not an option under any circumstance. Currently, there are no specific COVID-related safety measures or requirements in place for in-person attendees, although this is subject to change. The Conference will abide by whatever requirements are in place in the hosting city and/or venue(s) and will communicate those requirements to attendees as soon as readily possible, including if and when they change. Attendees agree to abide by any and all rules, requirements, and safety measures by the Conference organizers and hosting venue(s).
CONFERENCE PAYMENTS
All Conference registration and sponsorship payments are processed by our third-party event management firm, EventfullyYourz, on behalf of NACLB. Please note that credit card statements may reflect“ EventfullyYourz Event Management" or a description similar to the merchant’s name. EventfullyYourz and NACLB reserve the right to cancel any registration or sponsorship that is not paid timely in accordance with payment due dates, and may retain any portion of funds already received. FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT CANCELLATION
If the Conference is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, government regulations, pandemics, or venue unavailability), the organizers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, provide either a credit toward future events or a full refund. Organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or lodging.
