The 2026 NACLB Conference registration includes in-person attendance only; virtual attendance is not an option under any circumstance. Currently, there are no specific COVID-related safety measures or requirements in place for in-person attendees, although this is subject to change. The Conference will abide by whatever requirements are in place in the hosting city and/or venue(s) and will communicate those requirements to attendees as soon as readily possible, including if and when they change. Attendees agree to abide by any and all rules, requirements, and safety measures by the Conference organizers and hosting venue(s).

All Conference registration and sponsorship payments are processed by our third-party event management firm, EventfullyYourz, on behalf of NACLB. Please note that credit card statements may reflect“ EventfullyYourz Event Management" or a description similar to the merchant’s name. EventfullyYourz and NACLB reserve the right to cancel any registration or sponsorship that is not paid timely in accordance with payment due dates, and may retain any portion of funds already received. Sponsors must pay in full within thirty (30) days of their registration date or by April 15, 2026, whichever is sooner, to avoid loss of sponsorship benefits. Sponsors may request to cancel their sponsorship in writing via email to NACLB@eventfullyyourz.com no later than February 15, 2026. Cancellations received by this date will be eligible for a 50% refund, issued via the original payment method. Upon cancellation, all sponsor benefits will be forfeited. If a cancellation request is received on or after February 16, 2026, no refunds will be given, and the sponsor may choose to retain sponsorship benefits if desired. Partial refunds are not available in instances where physical attendance or use of any included benefits are not desired. Included sponsor attendees may be substituted up until May 15, 2026.

‍Attendees/Guests may request cancellation of attendee or guest tickets via email to NACLB@eventfullyyourz.com by March 1, 2026, for a full refund via the original payment method. Cancellation requests for any reason on or after March 2, 2026, will not receive a refund of any amount. Substitutions for attendee or guests are permitted through May 15, 2026.

‍Golf Tournament is rain or shine. Refunds cannot be given for voluntary forfeiture of play for any reason. A full refund of a paid golf registration fee is provided only if written notice via email is received on or before March 1, 2026.

If the Conference is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, government regulations, pandemics, or venue unavailability), the organizers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, provide either a credit toward future events or a full refund. Organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or lodging.

Attendance is at the participant’s own risk. NACLB and EventfullyYourz are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss occurring during or as a result of attendance at the event. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and personal insurance.

All attendees, sponsors, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The organizers reserve the right to remove, without refund, any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, harassing, unsafe, or in violation of event policies.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be taken during the Conference. Attendance constitutes consent to the use of one’s likeness, voice, or image by NACLB, Go Boost Events, and EventfullyYourz in promotional, educational, or marketing materials without compensation.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers,sessions, activities, or venue at any time without obligation for refund.

All materials, presentations, and content provided at the NACLB Conference are the property of the presenters of Boost Events. Reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without express written permission is prohibited.

By registering, attendees and sponsors consent to the use of their registration information for event-related communications. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information. Contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners, unless an opt-out request is made in writing prior to the event.

Attendees with dietary restrictions, ADA requirements, or other special needs are encouraged to notify NACLB@eventfullyyourz.com in advance so reasonable accommodations can be made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida. I have read and understand the below terms & conditions on behalf of all registered attendees contained within this order.
