Sponsorship opportunities

indicates whether there are limited sponsorships available in a particular level. The Presenting Level is limited to the first 2 sponsors to register in non-competing categories. Diamond and Platinum are limited to the first 10 and 6, respectively, and may have competing categories within the same level. Gold and Silver levels are unrestricted.

are listed for each sponsor level – Presenting includes 8, Diamond includes 6, Platinum 4, Gold 3, and Silver 2. Additional sponsor or exhibitor attendees may be added at any time at a rate of $599, post-sponsorship registration.

are listed for each sponsor level – Presenting includes 8, Diamond includes 4, and Platinum 2. Golf may be added for additional attendees for $270. Foursome selections, club rentals, and all other tournament logistics will be communicated closer to the event date.

indicates whether an exhibit booth is included with your sponsorship. All sponsorship levels include a booth; however, the Gold and Silver levels are only guaranteed booths on a first-come, first-served basis until booths are sold out. All booths include a skirted table and two chairs. In addition, Presenting sponsors receive a double booth at 20’ wide by 10’ deep, which also includes an accompanying lounge seating area, and perimeter draping, all in a Premier location of your choosing. Diamond sponsors receive an oversized 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth with draping, 2 high-top tables and perimeter draping in a Premier location of your choosing. Platinum sponsors receive a 10’x10’ sized booth without draping, and Gold/Silver sponsors receive an 8’ wide x 10’ deep sized booth without draping in an assigned location. Booth location selection occurs only once all booths have been purchased. At that time, locations are chosen/assigned in order of sponsor level and registration date; thus the Presenting sponsor that registers first receives first choice, followed by the second Presenting to register, followed by the first Diamond to register, etc.

are provided to both Presenting level sponsors. During registration, choose either Opening Session or Closing Session to receive a 5-minute timeframe to provide remarks to our full conference audience. Choice of session is first-come, first-served to the first Presenting sponsor to register.

includes your logo linked to your URL for the Conference Website and Conference Email Blasts, as well as the opportunity to provide an ad for our sponsor montage played continuously in the Exhibit Hall for all sponsor levels. In addition, Presenting, Diamond & Platinum sponsors also receive an opportunity to provide a banner-sized ad for our conference mobile app. Lastly, Presenting sponsors receive an ongoing digital advertisement on the conference website as well as one sponsor showcase feature within a promotional conference email blast, which can contain an “About Us” article, a graphic advertisement, or a 30-second or less video.

Main stage signage includes an oversized banner or printed GOBO with your logo on the backdrop of the stage, Registration Area signage includes logo listing on vertical retractable banners or similar, welcoming attendees to the conference, and Event Signage includes your logo on event-specific signage as noted in “Sponsored Events”.

includes the reading of your Company Name in front of the full conference audience for Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum sponsors during the Opening and Closing sessions.
